Okay Ladies,
I am seriously 2 weeks behind in writing, but not because I have been slacking on the baking end. As far as the baking has been going I can't complain. Last week I made "Sunshine Delights" (Lemon meringue cookies) and this weekend is "Sucker for a man in uniform"(Carmel apple suckers) .... Cheesy I know, but they turned out great.
I feel like a Chemistry teacher every time I step into the kitchen. I have my fair share of disasters but in the end I have not missed a week getting a box out to Chris. 5 Recipes down and still going strong.
